To use cricket as a tool for empowerment, improving access, equity, and opportunity for children and young people across the Bay Area and beyond.

Empowering the next generation of female players and leaders, through establishing youth programs, advancement pathways, mentorship networks, and leadership training.

Access & Equity

Removing barriers to entry for disadvantaged and underrepresented youth, offering free cricket clinics, adaptive sessions for children with disabilities, equipment provisions, and complementary matchday experiences.

Grassroots Pathways & Infrastructure

Building the foundation for sustainable growth, by developing community cricket hubs, youth league infrastructure, providing equipment grants, and developing shared cricketing spaces.
